This Contract outlines the terms and conditions between Resolve Pain Guru Inc and the  purchaser in regards to the purchase of the Program:

This one time purchase entitles the purchaser to access to the program content and its iterations for the lifetime of the client and Resolve Pain Guru Inc and its Owners.

All Purchases are non-refundable. 

The purchaser has rights to use the course, its content, documents and videos for their exclusive use. Use is non-transferable and non-sharable.

You will also indemnify and hold harmless the Owners from any claims, losses, judgments, damages, and expenses resulting, in any way, from your use of the Websites, Videos or the Content.

You understand that you are partaking in Resolve Pain Guru Inc. educational programs and videos on your own accord and that results vary.

You have consulted a medical professional and been cleared for activity.

You understand that you have purchased an exclusive, non-transferable license to use courses, videos and content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Resolve Pain Guru retains all proprietary rights to the data, images, and content on its courses, videos offerings, Thinkific.com (https://resolvepainguru.thinkific.com), on https://digital.resolvepainguru.com/ and this https://www.resolvepainguru.com.
