How is the course designed?

The program includes both theory and practice modules. All content is available from day one, so you can learn at your own pace. Move step-by-step or explore intuitively—you’ll find the rhythm that fits you.

Do I need to complete all the theory before practicing?

Not at all. This work is about embodiment—learning through direct experience in your body. Practice regularly and revisit theory anytime. You have lifetime access.

Do I need to be flexible or fit?

No. Somatic education isn’t about performance; it’s about awareness. Every practice meets you where you are and adapts as your body evolves.

Do I need previous experience with somatic work?

No experience is necessary. The movements are gentle, accessible, and progressively deepen your connection with your body and nervous system.

How much time should I plan for each week?

Plan for 2–3 hours weekly for video lessons, guided practice, and reflection. Each module builds gradually, giving your nervous system time to integrate.
